My name is Robyn and I'm a fully trained and experienced dog groomer. I have been training in the animal industry from the minute I finished school. I have worked in many different sectors, from Dairy Farms and Zoos to animal research. However, I have always been happiest when grooming.

I am City and Guilds qualified and hold a Degree in Animal Management. I also hold an Animal First Aid certificate. I pride myself in staying up to date with current grooming products and routines. Therefore, I'm often at seminars, picking up tips and tricks.

I started my own Grooming Parlour from home, called 'Short Bark and Sides' in 2016 and went off in search of a bigger premises when I started to outgrow the small space. I took over 'Scruffy Dogs' on January 1st 2018 and have never looked back! Since then I have had to move premises again (just around the corner) as I had once again outgrown my space.

I currently have two fur-babies; a soppy German Shepherd called Oscar. He is often at home and up to mischief. My second addition is little Blue, a Miniature Schnauzer I plan to teach agility to. She will be in the salon from time to time.
